  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked paprika for a unique twist

  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice or lemon juice as substitute
For the Base
  • 1 cup Rice or Quinoa quinoa for gluten-free option
  • 2 cups Broccoli fresh florets
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream or plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard or mustard powder

Steps
  1. Marinate the Chicken by combining chicken breast with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and lime juice in a bowl. Toss well, cover, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Prepare the Broccoli by steaming florets in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until vibrant and tender but still crisp. Set aside.
  4. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Assemble the Bowls by placing cooked rice or quinoa at the base, adding steamed broccoli and sliced chicken, then drizzling with creamy sauce.
