- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Whisk until smooth with no lumps.
- Gently fold in 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 24 minutes, until edges are golden brown and center is slightly underbaked.
