Preparation
- Blend together cottage cheese and eggs in a high-speed blender. Add optional seasonings if desired and blend until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over low to medium-low heat for 2 minutes and lightly grease to prevent sticking.
- Pour 1/3 cup of blended batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. Cook undisturbed for 3-5 minutes.
- Flip the wrap carefully using a spatula and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- For oven method, preheat to 350°F (175°C), pour batter onto a lined baking sheet, and bake for 18-20 minutes until firm and golden.

Allow wraps to cool slightly before filling for better flexibility. Store wraps separated by parchment paper in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze for three months.
