Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend together cottage cheese and eggs in a high-speed blender. Add optional seasonings if desired and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over low to medium-low heat for 2 minutes and lightly grease to prevent sticking.
  3. Pour 1/3 cup of blended batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. Cook undisturbed for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Flip the wrap carefully using a spatula and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For oven method, preheat to 350°F (175°C), pour batter onto a lined baking sheet, and bake for 18-20 minutes until firm and golden.
