Preparation
  1. Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water for 15–30 seconds until pliable.
  2. Pat the sheets dry with a clean towel.
Seasoning

  2. Press the seasonings into the rice paper to adhere well.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Place seasoned rice paper sheets in a single layer in the air fryer.
  3. Cook for 4–6 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cooling
  1. Transfer the chips to a cooling rack and cool for a minute.
  2. Break the sheets into chip-sized pieces and serve.
