- Prepare the Sweet Potatoes by peeling and chopping 4 large sweet potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place in a 4 to 6-quart crockpot.
- Make the Sweet Glaze by whisking together dark brown sugar, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Combine Potatoes and Glaze by pouring the sweet glaze over the chopped sweet potatoes and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Start Cooking by covering the crockpot and cooking on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours until fork-tender.
- Add the Marshmallows by sprinkling mini marshmallows over the top and letting them melt for 5–10 minutes.
- Serve and Savor by carefully removing the lid and serving warm.
