  1. Start by preparing your ingredients. Cut the red-skinned potatoes in half, slice the sausage, and chop the corn into thirds. Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic. Place all in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot, adjusting with water for consistency. Stir in Old Bay and Creole or Cajun seasoning. Mix to ensure the ingredients are well-coated.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on Low for 5-6 hours or High for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are fork-tender.
  4. Add the thawed jumbo shrimp, cover, and cook for an additional 30-60 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
