Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Crockpot Beef Stew
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Toss beef stew meat in flour, then brown in batches for 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to crockpot.
- In the same skillet, sauté carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent. Pour over browned beef in crockpot.
