- Press the extra-firm tofu to remove excess moisture for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and coat each piece with cornstarch.
- Prepare the honey garlic sauce by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan and fry the coated tofu cubes for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain the tofu on paper towels then toss it in the honey garlic sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
