Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Press the extra-firm tofu to remove excess moisture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and coat each piece with cornstarch.
  3. Prepare the honey garlic sauce by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan and fry the coated tofu cubes for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Drain the tofu on paper towels then toss it in the honey garlic sauce.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
