Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cut your salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, then add them to the mixture, tossing gently until each piece is evenly coated.
  2. Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the salmon bites in a single layer and fry for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir well and let simmer for about 2–3 minutes to meld the flavors.
  4. Once your salmon bites are cooked, drizzle the warm honey garlic sauce over them in the skillet. Toss gently until every piece is coated.
  5. Transfer the glazed salmon bites to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
