Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper, blending until well incorporated.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound gently to create disks.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the surface is crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
