Method
 

Preparation

  2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.

  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon tightly.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, serve warm with ranch or sour cream.
