Step-by-Step Instructions
- Place thawed chicken breasts in the bottom of your Crock Pot.
- Sprinkle equal parts taco seasoning and ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Pour canned black beans, corn, and Rotel tomatoes directly on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and layer them over the other ingredients.
- Cover the Crock Pot and set it to cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooking is complete, remove the chicken breasts, shred them and return to the pot.
- Check the thickness of your chili and stir in chicken broth or water if needed.
