  • 2 lbs Chicken Breasts Thawed
  • 2-3 tbsp Taco Seasoning Use if using bulk packaging
  • 1 pkg Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Canned Black Beans Do not drain
  • 1 can Canned Corn Do not drain; can substitute with frozen corn
  • 1 can Canned Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles Do not drain
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Cut into cubes

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by placing thawed chicken breasts at the bottom of a Crock Pot.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning and ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
  3. Pour black beans and corn directly atop the seasoned chicken without draining.
  4. Add canned Rotel tomatoes with green chiles to the mixture.
  5. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and distribute them evenly on top.
  6. Cover the Crock Pot and set it to cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
  8. Check consistency and if needed, add chicken broth or water to reach desired thickness.
