- Begin by placing thawed chicken breasts at the bottom of a Crock Pot.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning and ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Pour black beans and corn directly atop the seasoned chicken without draining.
- Add canned Rotel tomatoes with green chiles to the mixture.
- Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and distribute them evenly on top.
- Cover the Crock Pot and set it to cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
- Check consistency and if needed, add chicken broth or water to reach desired thickness.
