- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 package of strawberry Jell-O mix with 1 cup of hot water. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Add ½ cup of cold water to the Jell-O mixture and mix until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Stir in 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix until fully incorporated. Return bowl to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
- Gently fold in 1 tub of whipped topping until well blended.
- Fold in 1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries, 1 cup of well-drained crushed pineapple, and 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl or individual dessert cups, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the refrigerator, garnish as desired, and serve.
