Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place the lobster tails shell-side down on a cutting board. Cut along the top shell with kitchen shears, stopping just before the base, and lift the meat out while keeping it attached.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until blended.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, reserving some for later drizzling.
  5. Broil the lobster tails for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and reaches 140-145°F.
  6. Serve lobster tails on plates, drizzle with reserved garlic butter, and garnish with more parsley.
