  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
For Serving
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • Salt and Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven's broiler to high. Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the base.
  2. Gently pull the lobster meat up through the cut, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice. Let it simmer then add the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Transfer the lobster tails to a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and basting halfway through.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
