- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet to about 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out a Christmas tree shape and place it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the Brie cheese square in the center of the Christmas tree shape.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie, allowing some to spill over the edges.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the cranberry sauce, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Fold the branches of the puff pastry over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal.
- Whisk an egg and brush it generously over the entire surface of the pastry.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed up and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm alongside crackers or baguette slices.
