- Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with the ranch seasoning mix. Whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix together shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then press into the cheese and cracker mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spritz with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
