  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese freshly shredded is recommended
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with the ranch seasoning mix. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix together shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then press into the cheese and cracker mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spritz with cooking spray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
