- Slice off the tops of the large bell peppers, removing the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked crab meat, chopped cooked shrimp, and cooked rice with softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the prepared bell peppers with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
