Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice off the tops of the large bell peppers, removing the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked crab meat, chopped cooked shrimp, and cooked rice with softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the prepared bell peppers with the seafood mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
