Step-by-Step Instructions for Cookie Monster Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully integrated.
