Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  3. Add diced onions to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for a minute before removing from heat.
  5. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle and press into the greased muffin cups.
  6. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into each biscuit cup and top with shredded cheddar cheese and optional toppings.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
