- Begin by adding the rolled oats to a food processor. Pulse them 5–6 times until they are roughly chopped.
- Next, add the dried blueberries, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds into the food processor. Pulse until it starts to clump together.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, measure out 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
- Place the formed energy balls onto a parchment-lined plate and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, transfer the energy balls to an airtight container for storage.
