  • 2 cups Strawberries fresh
  • 1/4 cup Basil fresh preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional
  • 1 pinch Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Marinate chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar for 10 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken for 7-8 minutes on one side. Flip when grill marks appear and cook for another 7-8 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Chop strawberries and basil. Combine them in a bowl with salt and optional honey. Let sit for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  4. Remove chicken from the grill, let it rest for a minute, then serve topped with the strawberry basil relish.
