  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Thawed for easy handling
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese Can substitute with goat cheese or sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Use homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Candied Pecans Optional; can substitute with walnuts or leave out
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary Optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 squares.
  3. Press each square into the greased muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Fill each cup with a small cube of brie cheese.
  5. Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and optional pecans.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
