  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese sharp cheddar preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Bacon Wrap
  • 12 slices Bacon thick-cut preferred

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and fill with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap half a slice of bacon around each stuffed jalapeno half and secure if necessary.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until bacon is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Remove and allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
