Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares. Press each square into a mini-muffin tin.
  3. Place a cube of brie cheese in each pastry-lined cup.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie cubes in each pastry shell.
  5. Sprinkle orange zest and fresh rosemary over the cranberry sauce in each bite.
  6. Lightly coat the edges of the puff pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  8. Cool slightly before serving warm.
